21061. Soybean का होगा बंपर उत्पादन, भारतीय वैज्ञानिकों ने तैयार की नई किस्म
- भारतीय वैज्ञानिकों (Scientists) ने सोयाबीन (Soybean) की एक अधिक उपज देने वाली और कीट प्रतिरोधी किस्म विकसित की है.
- एमएसीएस 1407 (MACS 1407) नाम की यह नई विकसित किस्म असम, पश्चिम बंगाल, झारखंड, छत्तीसगढ़ और पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों में खेती के लिए उपयुक्त है और इसके बीज वर्ष 2022 के खरीफ के मौसम के दौरान किसानों को बुवाई के लिए उपलब्ध कराये जायेंगे.
- वर्ष 2019 में भारत ने व्यापक रूप से तिलहन के साथ-साथ पशु आहार के लिए प्रोटीन के सस्ते स्रोत और कई पैकेज्ड भोजन के तौर पर सोयाबीन की खेती करते हुए इसका लगभग 90 मिलियन टन उत्पादन किया और वह दुनिया के प्रमुख सोयाबीन उत्पादकों में शुमार होने का प्रयास कर रहा है.
21062. किसानों के लिए बेहद काम का है यह मोबाइल ऐप, खेती की लागत से लेकर उपज की बिक्री का बताएगा हिसाब
- देश की एजीटेक कंपनी शिवराय टेक्नोलॉजी ने खेती से जुड़ा एक मोबाइल ऐप लांच किया है. इसका नाम फार्मिजो खाता दिया गया है.
- शिवराय टेक्नोलॉजी कंपनी ने स्टेट बैंक के मोबाइल ऐप योनो के साथ मिलकर फार्मिजो खाता नाम का यह ऐप शुरू किया है. दरअसल, यह अकाउंटिंग ऐप है जहां किसान अपनी खेती से जुड़े हिसाब-किताब जान सकेंगे.
- उन्हें पता चल पाएगा कि कितने खेत में कितनी सिंचाई, कितने बीज या खाद की जरूरत होगी. इससे किसानों की लागत घटेगी और फायदा बढ़ेगा.
21063. Polyhouse खेती अब क्यों बन रही है किसान की पसंद, जानते हैं इससे किसान को क्या फायदा होता है
- कई किसानों ने खेती में अलग-अलग फसलों के साथ नए तरीकों से खेती करने का रूख किया है, जिसकी वजह से अब उन्हें कम लागत के साथ ज्यादा मुनाफा मिल रहा है.
- इन नए तरीकों में पॉलीहाउस फार्मिंग की भी काफी चर्चा हो रही है और कई किसान इसकी मदद से काफी अच्छी पैदावार के साथ साथ महंगी बिकने वाली सब्जियां या फल की खेती कर रहे हैं.
- पॉली हाउस खेती में एक ऐसी तकनीक है जिसके माध्यम से ऑफ सीजन में भी सब्जियां और फूलों की खेती आसानी से की जाती है. यानी आप किसी भी मौसम में दूसरे मौसम की सब्जियां भी उगा सकते हैं और इसके जरिए एक ऐसा वातावरण किया जाता है, जो सब्जियों के लिए अनुकूल होता है.
21064. 462 infrastructure projects show cost overruns worth Rs 4.36 lakh crore
- As many as 462 infrastructure projects, each worth Rs 150 crore or more, have been hit by cost overruns totalling more than Rs 4.36 lakh crore, according to a report.
- The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation monitors infrastructure projects worth Rs 150 crore and above. Of the 1,737 such projects, 462 reported cost overruns and 557 were delayed.
- "Total original cost of implementation of the 1,737 projects was Rs 22,33,409.53 crore and their anticipated completion cost is is likely to be Rs 26,69,649.35 crore, which reflects overall cost overruns of Rs 4,36,239.82 crore (19.53 per cent of original cost)," the ministry's latest report for March 2021 said.

- लसी की खेती कर की जा सकती है अच्छी आमदनी हर प्रकार के मौसम और मिट्टी में की जा सकती है खेती भारतीय स्वास्थ्य और आजीविका प्रणाली का एक अभिन्न अंग रहा है जिसका उल्लेख ऋग्वेद और अथर्वेद में भी किया गया है।
- भारत में विभिन्न औषधीय पौधों में तुलसी का एक महत्वपूर्ण है। कोरोना काल में डॉक्टर भी काढ़ा पीने के लिए कहते हैं। उसमें सात-आठ तुलसी का पत्ता जरूर डालने की बात करते हैं। तुलसी के पत्ते का सेवन करने मात्र से कई प्रकार के रोग ठीक हो जाते हैं। इसलिए यह काफी महत्वपूर्ण है।
- तुलसी को प्राचीन काल से ही एक दैवीय और पवित्र पौधा माना गया है। जिसे हर घर में पूजा होती है। तुलसी के पौधे का धार्मिक एवं औषधीय महत्व है। कहा गया है कि जहां तुलसी मां का वास होता है, वहां सुख, शांति एवं आर्थिक समृद्धि अपने आप आ जाती है। भारत में तुलसी की खेती सदियों से की जा रही है एवं आयुर्वेद में इसका बहुत बड़ा स्थान है। तुलसी के पत्ते बीज और सूखे जड़ों का उपयोग आयुर्वेदिक दवाओं में किया जाता है।
21066. डेनमार्क भी उत्तराखंड के मंडुवा और झंगोरे का मुरीद, हिमालयन मिलेट के नाम से मंडुवा, झंगोरा की पहली खेप भेजी
- उत्तराखंड : पौष्टिकता से लबरेज और शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने में मददगार मंडुवा (फिंगर मिलेट) व झंगोरा (बार्न यार्ड मिलेट) जैसे अनाज की दुनिया भी दीवानी हुई है। इस कड़ी में डेनमार्क से उत्तराखंड को जैविक मंडुवा व झंगोरा का सौ टन की सप्लाई का आर्डर मिला है।
- 'हिमालयन मिलेट' के नाम से मंडुवा, झंगोरा की पांच टन की पहली खेप भेजी जा चुकी है। यह संभव हो पाया कृषि एवं प्रसंस्कृत खाद्य उत्पाद निर्यात विकास प्राधिकरण (एपीडा) और उत्तराखंड कृषि उत्पादन विपणन बोर्ड (यूएपीएमबी) की पहल से। इससे यूएपीएमबी से जुड़े ढाई हजार से ज्यादा किसानों को लाभ मिलने जा रहा है।
- इस बीच एपीडा के सहयोग से उत्तराखंड को डेनमार्क की राजधानी कोपेनहेगन से मंडुवा व झंगोरा का आर्डर भी मिला है।जल्द ही डेनमार्क को इन अनाज की पूरी खेप भेज दी जाएगी।

21067. ISRO Successfully Launches First Mission of 2022; Radar Imaging Satellite Placed Into Orbit
- On 14 feb 2022 morning, India successfully placed into orbit its radar imaging satellite EOS-04 in a textbook style. With this, the Indian space agency began its 2022 romance with space missions.
- At 5.59 a.m. Indian rocket Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle-C52 (PSLV-C52) blasted off from the first launch pad carrying three satellites including the earth observation satellite-04 (EOS-04) earlier named as RISAT-1A.
- India's radar imaging satellite EOS-04 is designed to provide high-quality images under all weather conditions for applications such as agriculture, forestry & plantations, soil moisture & hydrology and flood mapping. The satellite will play a strategic role in the nation's defence with its capability to operate during the day as well as at night and in all weather conditions. The satellite has high data handling systems and high storage devices among other things.
21068. BHEL secures order for heat exchangers for light combat aircraft Tejas
- Government-owned engineering and manufacturing enterprise Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has secured an order to supply Cornpact Heat Exchanger sets for 83 light combat Tejas MK1A aircraft from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) at an undisclosed amount
- This order involves manufacturing, assembly, testing and supply of compact heat exchangers to be fitted in the LCA Tejas aircraft.BHEL-HPVP and Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) Bangalore have jointly designed and developed 13 different types of compact heat exchangers for environmental control system (ECS) and secondary power system (SPS) of LCA MK-1 programme.
- BHEL-HPVP has a dedicated, intricate manufacturing and inspection facilities for manufacturing of state-of-the-art Compact Heat Exchangers for different types of aircrafts manufactured by Hindustan Aeronautics. These initiatives of BHEL will be a driving force towards the AatmaNirbharBharat Abhiyan of Government of India
21069. Vedanta joins hands with Foxconn to manufacture semiconductors in India
- “It will provide a significant boost to domestic manufacturing of electronics in India. Discussions are currently ongoing with a few state governments to finalise the location of the plant,”
- Vedanta is the first company to make the announcement to invest in semiconductor manufacturing after the government announced a Rs 76,000-crore programme to boost electronic chip and display ecosystem in the country.
- The collaboration between Vedanta and Foxconn follows the government’s recent policy announcement for electronics manufacturing and PLI scheme for incentivising organisations to contribute towards the development of this sector.
21070. India finally taking some steps to leverage AI for military applications
- EW DELHI: India is now finally taking some steps towards ensuring effective use of artificial intelligence (AI) in fighting conflicts, which is fast becoming a critical operational necessity that may well decide the outcome of wars in the future.
- Top officials say the defence establishment, ranging from the Army, Navy and IAF to DRDO labs, is increasingly focusing on AI to enable faster decision-making and shortening the sensor-to shooter loop, AI-powered surveillance and weapon systems.
- A Defence AI Project Agency (DAIPA) has also been created under the secretary (defence production), with Rs 100 crore earmarked annually for AI-enabled projects.
